How do you screen candidates?

Our candidate screening process is layered and developed in conjunction with the client to ensure we are assessing the core components of the role. We will conduct preliminary phone screen interviews with candidates, conduct a recorded interview to understand the experience and motivations of the candidate and also conduct technical screening (where applicable). Once the candidate is progressed to client meeting, we will conduct external reference checks and provide a copy of these findings to the client.
